Booking & Cancellation Policies
Please review these policies before scheduling an appointment or purchasing a service or product from Healthy Living With Nikki. They explain our booking, payment, cancellation, package, and refund requirements.
Appointments & Confirmation
All services are provided by appointment only. Your appointment is confirmed after you complete the required booking steps and receive a confirmation by email or text. Please make sure your contact information is correct so you receive appointment details, reminders, preparation instructions, and location information.
Healthy Living With Nikki operates from a private, home-based wellness studio in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The complete address is provided only to confirmed clients before their appointments. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Treatment Deposits and Payment
Individual treatments require a deposit equal to 50% of the treatment price. The deposit reserves the appointment and is applied to the remaining balance, which is due no later than the appointment unless different terms are shown during booking.
Consultation Deposits
The Wellness Strategy Consultation and the $125 Total Wellness Consultation require a $49.99 nonrefundable deposit. The Total Wellness Consultation includes a Body Scan with Analysis and a Wellness Strategy Consultation. With at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled consultation but will not be returned as a cash refund.
Individual Treatment Cancellations and Refunds
With at least 24 hours' notice, a client may request a refund of an individual treatment deposit or payment, or transfer it once to a rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment result in loss of the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook. Completed treatments are not refundable. Emergency circumstances may be reviewed individually.
Treatment Packages and Series
Packages and series are discounted in exchange for a commitment to the complete series. A package may be canceled and refunded before the first session, subject to the terms accepted at purchase. Once the first session is completed, the package is nonrefundable and no cash refund is provided for remaining sessions.
In documented medical or exceptional circumstances, Healthy Living With Nikki may approve a pause, service credit, or another adjustment for unused sessions. If Healthy Living With Nikki cannot provide the remaining sessions, the unused portion will be refunded or another resolution will be offered with the client's agreement.
Sessions must be used within the stated eligibility or expiration period. Missed appointments and late cancellations may count as used sessions. Packages are for the original client and may not be transferred unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may shorten the appointment, and the full service price still applies. Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. Please call or text 240-778-3380 if you expect to be late.
No-Shows
If a client does not arrive and does not contact Healthy Living With Nikki before the scheduled appointment, the visit is considered a no-show. Payments and deposits connected to a no-show are forfeited. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.
Fresh and Perishable Products
Fresh juices and sea moss are perishable, nonreturnable, and nonrefundable, except when an order is incorrect or damaged when received. Contact Healthy Living With Nikki as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed and an appropriate replacement or refund provided.
Pelvic Steam Parties
Pelvic Steam Parties follow separate reservation, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and guest-participation policies because group experiences require advance preparation and dedicated event time.
Changes Made by Healthy Living With Nikki
If Healthy Living With Nikki cancels or significantly reschedules an appointment, the client may transfer the payment or deposit to a new appointment or request a refund for the affected service.
