Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A $200 nonrefundable reservation deposit is required to secure your date and will be applied toward your party balance. The remaining balance is due seven days before the scheduled party.

With at least seven days’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to another Healthy Living With Nikki party or service scheduled within 60 days. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than seven days before the party will result in the loss of the deposit.

If the remaining balance has already been paid, 50% of the amount paid beyond the deposit may be issued as a service credit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit all payments. Emergency circumstances may be reviewed individually.

Each guest must complete a confidential pelvic steam questionnaire before the party so her experience can be prepared with safety and comfort in mind.

Pelvic steaming may not be appropriate for everyone. Guests should disclose pregnancy, possible pregnancy, active infections, recent procedures, unusual symptoms, or other health concerns before participating. When appropriate, a guest may be advised to consult her healthcare provider or enjoy the other party activities without steaming.

Pelvic steaming is offered as a relaxation and self-care experience. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure a medical condition. Detailed preparation and comfort instructions will be provided after booking.

Does every lady receive the same herbal blend?

No. Each guest completes a questionnaire so her herbal steam can be selected according to her individual responses and comfort needs.

Can someone attend without pelvic steaming?

Yes. A guest who chooses not to steam may still enjoy the foot soak, refreshments, wellness conversation, champagne toast, and time with the group.

Can we bring decorations?

Special decorations and enhancements may be discussed during your party-planning consultation. Any outside decorations must be approved in advance.

Can we bring additional food or beverages?

Food, beverage, and dietary preferences will be discussed during your consultation. Outside food or beverages require prior approval.

Can we extend our party?

Yes. Extended party time is available for $100 per additional hour. Firepit access is $150 per hour. Extended party time with firepit access is $200 per hour total, subject to availability.
