I’m Nikki—a 50-year-old entrepreneur, Holistic Wellness Educator and Strategist, natural nurturer and founder of Healthy Living With Nikki.
Health, movement and entrepreneurship have been part of my life for many years. By age 18, I was already a businesswoman and the owner of a full-service salon. I later taught group fitness and Zumba, worked as a personal trainer and exercised at least five days a week.
Trauma, prolonged stress and difficult life experiences affected me mentally, emotionally and physically. Despite my knowledge of health and fitness, my well-being began to decline. I experienced obesity, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, prediabetes, arthritis and other health challenges.
My journey has included surviving intimate-partner violence, including being shot by a former boyfriend, experiencing profound loss and navigating relationships and circumstances that affected my emotional and physical well-being. These experiences taught me that trauma does not remain only in the mind—it can influence the body, our habits, our health and the way we care for ourselves.
My healing journey was not about discovering wellness for the first time. It was about returning to myself, rebuilding my health and learning that lasting wellness requires more than exercise alone. Through fasting, cold-pressed juice, whole foods, movement and consistent lifestyle changes, I lost more than 80 pounds and began reclaiming my energy, confidence and quality of life.

I was born with a rare eye condition and lived with significant vision loss from an early age. However, I did not fully understand that I was legally blind until adulthood.
For much of my life, I simply learned to adapt. I became independent, built businesses, worked with clients, taught fitness and continued moving forward without allowing my limited vision to determine what I could accomplish.
Living with legal blindness has shaped the way I experience the world. It has taught me to pay attention to what is not always visible—the emotional weight people carry, the strength it takes to begin again and the importance of meeting each person with patience and understanding.
Caring for others has always been part of who I am. As an aunt to 37 nieces and nephews, I have played a meaningful role in the lives of most of them—offering care, encouragement, guidance and a steady presence through different stages of their lives.
That nurturing nature extends into the way I serve my clients. I do not see people as appointments, numbers or conditions to correct. I see the whole person—their experiences, responsibilities, challenges, potential and the life they are working to create.

Healthy Living With Nikki grew from both my professional experience and my personal need to heal. I understood exercise, beauty, business and caring for others—but my own journey taught me that true wellness requires us to look beyond appearances and isolated symptoms.
I began using fasting, cold-pressed juice, whole foods, movement and intentional lifestyle changes to support my body. As my health improved, I regained more than physical strength. I began rebuilding my energy, clarity, confidence and sense of self.
I created Healthy Living With Nikki to help others approach wellness with greater understanding and direction. My goal is not to offer a quick fix or make everyone follow the same plan. It is to help each person better understand their body, recognize the areas of life affecting their well-being and identify practical steps that support lasting change.
I believe food can be healing, movement should support the body and self-care should address more than appearance. Wellness includes our physical, mental, emotional, relational, social and spiritual well-being.
As a Holistic Wellness Educator and Strategist, I help people understand the different factors influencing their well-being and develop practical strategies for moving forward. My education as a Holistic Nutrition Specialist supports my work in whole-person wellness, fasting, nutrition, cold-pressed juicing and using thoughtfully selected fruits and vegetables to support specific health concerns and wellness goals.
My professional background also includes previous fitness certifications and experience as a personal trainer, group-fitness instructor and Zumba instructor. This foundation helps me provide practical movement and exercise recommendations that consider a client’s goals, fitness level and overall wellness plan.
I am also trained and certified in multiple non-invasive body-contouring and wellness treatments designed to support body shaping, skin tightening, muscle toning, circulation and lymphatic movement.
My education continues to grow as I study the relationship between food, minerals, movement, stress, lifestyle habits and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. I combine that knowledge with practical experience and an individualized approach to help clients make informed wellness decisions.

Gather with friends for a relaxing, thoughtfully guided wellness experience featuring pelvic steaming and optional complementary services.
I believe wellness should be personal. Two people may share the same goal while having very different bodies, lifestyles, responsibilities and reasons for wanting change.
I begin by listening. Through conversation, wellness assessments and available body-scan information, I help identify the habits, concerns and areas of life that may be influencing your well-being.
Depending on your needs, your next steps may include:
· Nutrition and healthy-living education
· Fasting and lifestyle guidance
· Cold-pressed juice and whole-food support
· Practical movement and exercise recommendations
· Body-composition and wellness scans
· Non-invasive body-contouring treatments
· Personalized wellness strategies and accountability
· Referrals to qualified healthcare professionals when a need falls outside my scope
My role is not to diagnose or promise a quick fix. It is to educate, help you understand your options and create a realistic strategy that supports your wellness goals and the life you want to live.
